Laux (Loucks & Louks, Lowks).
Also look to the left side of the page and see Saux for Laux. This marriage took place in January 1858.
Since the mother gave her consent to the marriage this probably means the father was deceased. Generally
a male: father, guardian or older brother etc was expected to give consent.
Look over the rest of the consent and see if you can read all of the handwriting.
